Position: Account Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop relationships with existing business clients within the assigned territory
Support customers with renewals, products, and service-related solutions while identifying upselling opportunities where applicable
Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Guide customers through onboarding processes and encourage strategic product adoption
Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify retention or growth opportunities
Address customer concerns and help resolve issues impacting product usage or satisfaction
Maintain regular outbound communication with clients via phone and email
Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain updated account information
Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or proficient French speaker with good command in English (B2 level and higher)
Previous experience in account management, sales, customer success, or client relationship management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with customer-oriented approach
Ability to work towards individual and team targets
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Confidence in handling outbound client communication.
