Where You’ll Make a Difference
Understand specific market and customer ecosystem including activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via different sources.
Develop multi-level cross-functional customer relationships with key customer decision makers/influencers.
Contribute/lead commercial negotiation (e.g., core listing, annual pricing, payment terms, rebates/cost savings agreements, supply contracts).
Maximize potential advantage to IFF while delivering optimal solutions to customer (GP improvement, catalogue optimization, complexity reduction, etc.)
Lead projects through effective communication, and collaboration with key external and internal stakeholders (CI/Marketing/CreativeTeams/formulation etc.)
Effectively communicate the account plans with stakeholders including internal and external team members.
Ensure accurate monthly sales forecast to allow for effective operations planning and financial analysis.
Liaise with Global/Regional/Categorystakeholders on overall plan, strategy, and deliverables.
Effectively promote the most appropriate IFF product solutions / portfolio aligned with the brief.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, product development or marketing preferably fragrance, cosmetics or FMCG industries.
Proven track record at a similar level with strong commercial drive and passion to succeed.
Customer centric with B2B management experience.
Analytical skills with ability to handle financial concepts/processes (pricing, margin, forecasting).
Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Project management capability with effective collaboration and orchestration skills.
Ability to work across cultures with a global mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively.
