Within WB Client Services, our Client Facing Team plays a key role in supporting international corporate clients across Europe. You represent ING towards the client, coordinate solutions across expert teams, and ensure clients always feel informed, supported, and confident.

What you will be doing
Act as the main contact for international corporate clients
Coordinate and manage client requests, questions, and escalations
Ensure clear, professional, and high-quality communication
Collaborate closely with WB Client Services capability teams and experts across Europe
Support clients with day-to-day banking activities and solutions
Build trust by ensuring clients stay informed and supported throughout the entire process

Requirements for the employee
Education
Secondary education with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) is an advantage
Language skills
English – Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Client-oriented mindset and ownership attitude
Curiosity, energy, and willingness to learn
Ability to prioritize and coordinate effectively
Team player with proactive mindset
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or client-facing environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
Wage (gross)
From 1 768 EUR/month
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
