As an Account Manager, you will be commercially responsible for a portfolio of Semine’s key customers. You will negotiate and renew agreements, collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams, and drive upsell, cross-sell, retention, and customer satisfaction. Your work helps customers understand Semine’s value, adopt automation at scale, and achieve measurable growth. Long-term customer satisfaction and revenue expansion within your portfolio define your success.
