Welcome Private Banking clients, understand their needs, and provide service in line with Luminor’s standards and procedures
Offer and promote daily banking products and services tailored to client needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and effective meetings
Provide day‑to‑day banking support and ensure high‑quality service delivery
Support Private Bankers in managing client relationships and daily activities
Work in line with Luminor’s values: curiosity, focus, and collaboration
Maintain and continuously develop relevant professional knowledge and skills
Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with internal policies and guidelines
Carry out additional duties related to the role as assigned by the team lead or manager
Higher education in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Good understanding of banking products, preferably within private banking
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with high‑net‑worth clients
Results‑oriented, with the ability to meet goals and maintain high client satisfaction
Willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive and curious mindset
Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment
Ability to build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships
Previous experience in a customer‑facing role
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and discretion when handling client matters
Solution‑oriented approach, focused on delivering practical and client‑focused outcomes
Fluent Latvian and English, both spoken and written, due to working in a Pan‑Baltic environment
