Junior Account Manager Fats & Oils Industry | Johannesburg, South Africa

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development Drive revenue and volume growth in the Inland region, identify new sales opportunities, and expand revenue streams.
• Key Account Management Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Expansion Service distributors, food service, and manufacturing segments, identifying business opportunities.
• Strategic Negotiation Negotiate B2B contracts, analyze competitors, and recommend pricing strategies for profitable business flows.
• Marketing & Promotions Mobilize trade shows, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.
• Forecast & Logistics Coordination Work closely with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence Gather, analyze, and present market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in the airline or fats & oils industry
• Proven B2B sales experience in the fats & oils sector
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel
• Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and seize new opportunities
• Passion for customer service, teamwork, and results-driven sales
