Accounts Manager B2B Johannesburg South

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Accounts Manager to join a leading team in the fats and oils industry. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue across multiple business segments this role offers a rewarding and strategic opportunity.

Job duties:

• Manage and grow a regional B2B portfolio in the Inland region
• Drive revenue, volume, and customer loyalty across key accounts
• Identify and implement new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management
• Ensure credit processes are followed for all customer accounts
• Build relationships across distributors, food service, and manufacturing sectors
• Negotiate profitable B2B contracts based on competitor and market analysis
• Support marketing with trade promotions and brand visibility at industry events
• Present market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
• Submit accurate reports on customer, trade, and market performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong knowledge of fats and oils
• Background in sales and marketing within the airline, food service, or hospitality industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Self-starter who is results-driven and customer-focused
• Confident, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Technical understanding of fats and oils or the ability to learn quickly
