We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning global Brand Consulting team and help our clients drive value and impact from their investments in the Formula 1 space.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in partnership activation who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to further develop their skills in sports and entertainment marketing.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting role servicing two of our flagship Formula 1 accounts.

Working as part of an International team, the Account Manager will need to draw upon their knowledge and experience in sports marketing, to help deliver creative and impactful partnership activations for our clients.

We are looking for someone that can not only demonstrate the requisite organisational skills and attention to detail to manage an account but also has the confidence and passion to bring fresh and innovative ideas that capture attention and help ensure projects run smoothly from planning to execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Account Director and Senior Account Manager in the daily management of client accounts

  • Assist in the delivery and activation of partnership rights, ensuring all assets are fulfilled and measured

  • Contribute to campaign planning, research, and idea generation

  • Help identify opportunities in content and digital, and support the development of new concepts

  • Manage account administration, including budget tracking, invoicing, and client reporting

  • Coordinate with colleagues in other markets to share best practices and support activations

  • Support with event management and logistics, including talent appearances, content production, and VIP experiences

  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers as part of the project team

  • Stay up to date with trends in sport, digital, and technology to help drive account growth

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in an agency or rightsholder environment

  • Experience in sponsorship or partnership management, including exposure to strategic decision-making, campaign planning, communications, asset development, hospitality, and event management

  • Passion for and understanding of the sports, entertainment and Formula 1 landscape

  • Experience supporting experiential or on-the-ground activations is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to best-in-class client service, account handling, and project management

  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Team player who can also work autonomously

  • Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking

  • Confident presentation skills, both verbal and written
