About You

As an Account Manager at Fello, you will own expansion revenue across a book of existing customers, helping top residential real estate teams and brokerages get more from Fello and grow their partnership with us. You know the real estate industry and its players well, and you have managed relationships with the top Mega and Large teams before.

You are a seller at heart. You spot expansion opportunities early, build the business case with the customer's leadership, and close. You have a proven track record of performance against quota, and you are a trusted partner to the teams you serve: consultative, credible, and relentless about driving results for them and for Fello.

This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.

You Will

• Own expansion revenue for an assigned book of existing accounts, with a focus on growing relationships with Mega and Large real estate teams
• Identify expansion opportunities across your book and build account plans that turn them into closed business
• Lead strategic conversations with team leaders, operations directors, and marketing managers about how Fello can support their growth, including expanding Felix and additional seats
• Run the expansion sales cycle from first conversation through close, including virtual demos, ROI modeling, and negotiation
• Use customer insights, usage data, and success stories to build compelling cases for expansion
• Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately against your monthly expansion quota
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on account health, adoption, and the right timing for expansion
• Share insights from your customer conversations with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to help shape the company's direction and improve customer outcomes

You Have

• A proven track record of surpassing quota in a quota-carrying account management, expansion, or sales role
• Deep knowledge of the real estate industry and its players
• Experience managing relationships with top Mega and Large real estate teams
• A history of closing expansion or upsell deals with real estate teams, brokerages, or a closely related vertical
• Demonstrated executive presence and negotiation skills
• Client-focused orientation with a strong sense of urgency and timely follow-ups
• Receptiveness to coaching and mentoring, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas
• High attention to detail with robust technical execution and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Hubspot preferred
