Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager , on a full-time basis, our Panama Team.

Key Account Manager who will be responsible for retaining customers and increasing their lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Analyzing customers’ behavior and keeping a personalized relationship with clients & meeting their needs;

✔️ Comprehension of our products;

✔️ Ensuring that product compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.

✔️ Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;

✔️ Be patient and have negotiation skills;

✔️ Sales driven and motivated to achieve monthly targets;

✔️ Native/Fluent Spanish language;
