Zakres obowiązków

• Realizacja celów sprzedażowych oraz rozwój sprzedaży przypisanego portfolio produktów endoskopowych na powierzonym terenie.
• Opracowywanie i wdrażanie planów rozwoju rynku oraz współpracy z kluczowymi klientami.
• Identyfikowanie nowych możliwości biznesowych, pozyskiwanie nowych klientów oraz rozwijanie współpracy z obecnymi partnerami.
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie długoterminowych relacji z lekarzami, pielęgniarkami, kierownikami oddziałów, działami zakupów oraz administracją szpitalną.
• Rozwijanie współpracy z kluczowymi ośrodkami oraz prowadzenie regularnych wizyt handlowych i klinicznych.
• Prezentowanie klientom wartości klinicznej i ekonomicznej produktów oraz rozwiązań Boston Scientific.
• Organizowanie i prowadzenie szkoleń dla użytkowników produktów.
• Zapewnianie wsparcia podczas procedur medycznych na salach zabiegowych, zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami i wymaganiami compliance.
• Monitorowanie sytuacji rynkowej, działań konkurencji oraz trendów klinicznych i wykorzystywanie tych informacji do identyfikowania możliwości rozwoju biznesu.
• Prognozowanie sprzedaży, zarządzanie pipeline’em sprzedażowym oraz terminowe raportowanie działań w systemie CRM.
• Zapewnianie wysokiego poziomu obsługi klienta i sprawne reagowanie na potrzeby klientów oraz zmieniającą się sytuację rynkową.
• Reprezentowanie firmy podczas kongresów, konferencji, szkoleń oraz innych wydarzeń branżowych i naukowych.
• Ścisła współpraca z zespołami Marketingu, Customer Care oraz innymi funkcjami biznesowymi w celu realizacji wspólnych celów.
• Udział w tworzeniu i realizacji regionalnych oraz krajowych inicjatyw i strategii biznesowych.

Nasze oczekiwania

• Wykształcenie wyższe; preferowane kierunki medyczne, biologiczne, farmaceutyczne, biznesowe lub pokrewne.
• Minimum 2–5 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży wyrobów medycznych, sprzętu medycznego lub w podobnym środowisku biznesowym.
• Doświadczenie w obszarze gastroenterologii, endoskopii lub chirurgii małoinwazyjnej będzie dodatkowym atutem.

• Umiejętność budowania i rozwijania długoterminowych relacji z klientami oraz rozumienia ich potrzeb.

Account Manager – Endoscopy

Location: Poland: Podlaskie and Lubelskie Voivodeships

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager, Endoscopy

Role Purpose

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and executing Boston Scientific’s business strategy within the Endoscopy division across the assigned territory. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting healthcare professionals in the effective use of Boston Scientific solutions, ultimately contributing to improved patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth of the assigned endoscopy product portfolio within the designated territory.
• Develop and implement market development plans and strategies for collaboration with key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and expand relationships with existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, department heads, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
• Develop partnerships with key clinical centers and conduct regular sales and clinical visits.
• Communicate the clinical and economic value of Boston Scientific products and solutions to customers.
• Organize and deliver product training for healthcare professionals and other product users.
• Provide support during medical procedures in clinical settings, in accordance with applicable procedures and compliance requirements.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and clinical trends, using these insights to identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities in the CRM system.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and respond effectively to customer needs and changing market conditions.
• Represent the company at congresses, conferences, training sessions, and other industry and scientific events.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and other business functions to achieve shared objectives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national business initiatives and strategies.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with Boston Scientific policies, applicable laws and regulations, and the ethical and compliance standards governing the medical device industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree; preferably in medicine, life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical device or medical equipment sales, or in a comparable business environment.
• Experience in gastroenterology, endoscopy, or minimally invasive surgery will be considered an advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented approach and a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Proven ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships and understand customer needs.
• Willingness and ability to provide clinical and educational support during medical procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to plan sales activities and effectively manage an assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and highly organized.
• Fluency in Polish and a level of English that enables confident communication in a business environment.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory to support customers.
