We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will manage and grow key B2B accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers while identifying new opportunities to expand Lovehoney’s presence across online and offline channels. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver commercial impact and drive sustainable growth across your markets.

What you will do

    • Manage and develop key accounts, building strong long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, targeting strategic growth areas across your markets.
    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and brand visibility.
    • Create and implement growth initiatives from concept through to operational execution.
    • Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams.

What you should bring

    • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally within consumer goods.
    • Strong understanding of eCommerce and trade marketing, with experience driving sales performance.
    • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with confidence making decisions based on data and research.
    • Excellent organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple tasks and tools (e.g. Excel, CRM systems).
    • Fluent in German and English; additional languages (e.g. French, Dutch) are a plus.
