Account Manager - East China

In Shanghai, China

EXCITING ASSIGNMENTS

• According to the sales strategy established by the company, conduct product sales and promotion in the designated area, and achieve the sales target;
• Maintain customer relationships, focus on developing business and acquiring new customers, and enhance the market share of the company's products;
• Collect market information, competitor information, and information on new customer needs to assist the regional sales manager in formulating sales strategies;
• Develop new customers;
• Collecting payments and promptly recovering payment for goods;
• Coordinate with other internal departments to jointly achieve sales targets and resolve client issues;
• Cooperate with internal sales to complete daily customer maintenance and sales figure updates;
• Collaborate with the R&D team to update market demands and application technology information, and drive new product projects.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in metal materials is preferred;
• 3-5 years of sales experience, with the ability to independently develop customers;
• Possess excellent internal and external communication skills, and be capable of quickly learning new technologies and market trends;
• Have a strong passion and ambition for sustained sales growth, and be capable of establishing customer relationships in a short period of time;
• Customer relationship management skills, with a good attitude and ability to overcome challenges;
• Good business image and fluent spoken English;
