THE OPPORTUNITY

This role supports the growth of the PAH portfolio, with a focus on improving outcomes for patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension across NSW & QLD metro. Working closely with PAH clinicians and specialist nurses across treatment centres, you will help shape and deliver tailored account plans that reflect customer needs and patient priorities. You will be part of an experienced cross-functional team that works with a strong one-team mindset and a high level of support and collaboration.

Reporting to the PAH Lead, you will deliver high-quality customer engagement while building strong account management capability through coaching, guidance and hands-on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support mapping the end-to-end patient journey within accounts to identify insights and opportunities to improve patient outcomes and access to treatment.
  • Build, maintain and expand professional relationships with key customers; develop J&J’s patient, customer and market understanding in PAH.
  • Support delivery of territory objectives and targets through effective planning, high-quality customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support implementation of account and stakeholder plans (Key Account Management principles) to drive the PAH business in your territory, with increasing ownership over time.

ABOUT YOU

  • 1–3 years’ professional experience in a corporate environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline and/or business-related discipline (preferably both).
  • Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers (e.g. clinicians, nurses) and internal cross functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, uncover customer needs, capture insights, and adapt your communication approach.
  • Solid planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with data and systems to support insights gathering, territory planning and performance tracking.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset: coachable, curious, and motivated to build capability in specialty account management.
  • High EQ and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work well autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
