Account Manager Distribution (NL/FR) – Belgium & Luxembourg
Belgium (scope: Brussels / Antwerp / Ghent region) | Regular travel within BE & LU | Permanent contract
The opportunity:
At KSB, an international player specialized in pumps and industrial solutions, we are looking for an Account Manager to further develop and strengthen our distribution network in Belgium and Luxembourg.
You will play a key role in structuring and expanding our distribution network across the region.
- You will have a direct impact on revenue, margins, and market share
- You will have the autonomy to actively develop and optimize the distribution network
- You will contribute directly to KSB’s commercial growth in the region
The role
You will take ownership of the distribution channel in Belgium and Luxembourg and be responsible for both the development and performance of the network.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners
- Strengthen and reposition existing partnerships
- Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, margins, targets)
- Translate strategy into concrete results in the field
- Act as a sparring partner for key accounts

Who we are looking for
- 3–7 years of experience in a B2B commercial role
- Experience with distribution or indirect sales is a strong plus
- Strong negotiation skills and comfortable with commercial responsibility
- Combines relationship management with a strong business drive
- Works independently and takes ownership
- Languages: Dutch & French (fluent), English (professional level)
