Account Manager CS
As an Account Manager Customer Service you will develop, maintain, and improve relations with your assigned accounts in order to maximize and boost Service business with contract solutions that will add value to our customers
Your role:
Maximizing Customer Service order intake, sales, and price realization at the assigned accounts.
Ensuring continuity of the relationship with all the stakeholders in the accounts’ organization, also facilitates the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts
Preparing and executing the annual account plan and sales forecast in line with the regional strategy
Continuously maintain the CRM tool to ensure a good visibility of market opportunities
Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
(NPS), market, competition and trendsSystematically analyzing won & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction
You're the right fit if:
Preferably University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Technology degree or any other relevant engineering major.
You have a solid knowledge of the Healthcare industry and service segment
Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally
Understand local market environments, public tenders, private customers and local challenges and regulations
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English languages
Clean driving license
Willing and able to visit customers on the field
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
