Job Description

Sleed, a digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join its dynamic Creative Department team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing client relationships, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, from briefing to delivery
• Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Handle client presentations, reporting, and status meetings effectively

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing with a focus on Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong understanding of 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• A team player with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be appreciated
