As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered
organization this role serves as the stewardship and account execution manager for all
national, territory and multi-region corporate partnerships; this critical role will also ensure
increase revenue year over year based on customer centric success. Collaborate with
marketing, communications, mission, legal, finance, and operations teams to execute
partnership deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as corporate partnership account leader to promote the understanding of the Blood Cancer United mission throughout multi-Regional, National, and Territory campaigns for external partnerships
• Work in partnership with Education Services, Health Research, Corporate Engagement, and Mission Operations departments to effectively communicate the Blood Cancer United overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.

Develop Targeted Donor Cultivation and Stewardship Materials
• Liaise and strategize with business partners across the enterprise on projects and programs and how to most advantageously position our value proposition to our corporate partners.
• Support the development of general information decks, overviews, speaking points, acknowledgements, account team and external meeting agendas, annual engagement plans, recognition and impact reporting, and other collateral materials for relationship building activities to align with partner objectives.
• Liaise with CE and Corporate Engagement teams to assist in writing proposals, PPT decks, impact reports and targeted collateral to support cultivation activities and solicitations

Strategy and Vision
• Ensure corporate partnership strategies are executed flawlessly with national corporate partners and product teams both internally and externally
• Create communication plans and lead internal partnership kick off calls to inform regions and product teams of activation plans to ensure success and proven return on investment for corporate partners.
• Serves as the point of contact for all stewardship and execution strategies for corporate partnerships team.
• Support senior staff on larger growth opportunities and identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
• Serve as the business partnerships lead for Blood Cancer United for meetings such as Breakthroughs Summit, Dare to Dream Summit, Business Partnerships & Philanthropy Forum, and others as needed
• Serve as a corporate partnership liaison with CE to ensure execution for partner benefits are delivered on time
• Serve on national account teams
• Serve as the corporate partnerships lead to maintain The Drop and decks/resources on Blood Cancer United’s intranet
• Help to manage partnership budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts
• Support/execute all stewardship strategies for designated national sponsors

High Impact Fundraising and Stewardship
• Cultivate strong working relationships with national, territory, and region leaders, and others throughout the organization to ensure the successful integration and implementation of campaigns/programs.
• Identify and lead stewardship plans for corporate partners.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Blood Cancer United’s mission and programs to promote Organizational initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Leadership Acknowledgements
• Facilitates high-touch opportunities for Blood Cancer United Leadership to thank top partners in the form of phone calls, handwritten notes, emails, or in person stewardship meetings.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 years corporate fundraising experience
• Experience in consumer-based fundraising and success in fundraising from corporate sector
• Strong Office Suite and database management, preferred knowledge of Salesforce

• Limited travel approximately 25%

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $65K to $90K. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
