Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across Finland by acting as a trusted advisor to major enterprise accounts.
• Negotiate and close complex enterprise contracts that span multiple divisions and workflows.
• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline by deeply understanding customer objectives, challenges and initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our footprint within existing and new accounts.
• Maintain a precise pulse on the sales pipeline through diligent forecasting and proactive opportunity management.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) SaaS sales, on the construction business.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related construction-specific field.
• Strong understanding of Structural Engineering workflows and value creation processes.
• Professional fluency in both Finnish and English languages (written and spoken)

Bonus Points For

• Proficiency in the Swedish language.
• Specific knowledge of General or Trade contractor processes.
• Experience or knowledge of Tekla software products.

Logistics

• Location: Espoo, Finland (You will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for time in the office (typically 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month), based on business needs.)
• Travel Requirement: 25%
