  • Monitor project performance, risks, timelines, and deliverables, escalating issues proactively when required.
  • Develop quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements and licensing policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to support quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment with clients and colleagues across multiple regions.
  • Responsible for strategic account planning, client retention, and identification of opportunities to expand engagement across assigned accounts

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, project management, client services, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in COA and/or eCOA licensing.

  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic client relationships and governance processes.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to confidently lead client discussions and resolve issues in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Why Join Mapi Research Trust?
