As an Account Manager & Client Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and capture new business opportunities. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality results. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, confirming their needs are met and providing exceptional service. Your work will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities
- Managing the Sales Pipeline, Request For Proposals (RFPs) & Pursuits
- Analyzing and managing the account pipeline, providing visibility into priorities, risks, gaps, and actions required to maintain momentum.
- Driving opportunities forward, ensuring key milestones, client commitments, and follow-ups are completed.
- Maintaining pipeline visibility and accuracy to support forecasting and account planning.
- Identifying whitespace and growth opportunities by connecting client priorities, relationships, market trends, and PwC capabilities.
- Leading end-to-end RFP and proposal efforts, coordinating account leadership, pursuit teams, and subject matter specialists.
- Partnering with account leadership to develop compelling win themes, value propositions, competitive differentiators, and client-specific messaging.
- Driving & Supporting Relationship Building
- Developing a strong understanding of the client organization, business priorities, key stakeholders, buying centers, and relationship landscape.
- Building trusted relationships with Account Leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Monitoring client, industry, leadership, and market developments to identify relevant conversation triggers and business development opportunities.
- Connecting account teams with relevant thought leadership, events, marketing programs, alumni, and Firm capabilities to support client priorities.
- Facilitating annual account planning sessions and workshops.
- Connecting the Dots & Driving the Account Team
- Serving as the account’s knowledge hub, maintaining a broad understanding of client priorities, engagements, relationships, pipeline, and financial performance.
- Staying connected with client service teams to capture insights and identify opportunities to bring additional value to the client.
- Bringing relevant ideas, best practices, and capabilities from across PwC to the account.
- Using account financials, data, and analytics to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Mobilizing the right firm resources, specialists, tools, and capabilities to support account priorities.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve account operations, collaboration, and ways of working.
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Excelling in client management and relationship building, with the ability to develop and lead concise, executive-ready presentations.
- Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking, with an understanding of sales pipelines, account priorities, business development, and relationship development.
- Managing complex projects with budgetary oversight, with the ability to lead complex RFPs, proposals, and business development initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders and tight deadlines.
