Job Description

Want to be part of transforming road freight – for good? Einride is showing the world a new way to move, based on the latest digital, electric and autonomous technologies. Through freight capacity as a service, we enable businesses around the world to accelerate towards their sustainability goals.

Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical person who combines sales with innovative problem solving within charging infrastructure for heavy duty vehicles. This dual focused role involves driving sales for our public truck charging network across the Nordics, while simultaneously supporting our internal EMEA freight team by delivering charging solutions.

You will

Sales (Nordic Account Manager)

  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with haulage and transport companies as potential customers for our public charging network
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead to signed contract and ongoing account management
  • Monitor the market, competitors, and pricing trends in heavy duty vehicle charging
  • Engage in sales activities at relevant events
  • Achieve sales and volume targets

Charging Analysis & Internal Support (EMEA Charging Analyst)

  • Develop feasible, cost-efficient and sustainable charging solutions for our Freight-Capacity-as-a-Service customers and share your knowledge across departments
  • Drive and coordinate pre-studies to identify the prerequisites and set requirements for charging infrastructure in close collaboration with customers and Einride colleagues
  • Develop charging business cases through analysis of several data sources such as charging needs, network availability, grid connection constraints, technical configurations, site layout and more
  • Provide insights and recommendations by identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in different charging scenarios
  • Develop analytics tools to support commercial efforts and internal decision making

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within charging, energy and/or transport
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable calculating pricing, capacity, and ROI
  • Basic understanding of electrical distribution/power, or willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Excel/spreadsheet tools
  • CRM experience
  • Communicative, self-driven, and comfortable switching between customer meetings and technical calculations
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Travel when required

This is a full-time position based in southern Sweden or Stockholm. You will be part of a truly diverse, high performing team with a common passion for sustainability and making things happen in an innovative way. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.

At Einride, we are innovators, building solutions the world has never seen before – but urgently needs. That’s why we take action, and it’s why we are always eager to be challenged. We know that our best innovations come from having a diverse mix of people, including those of different experiences, career paths, and walks of life. By coming together and sharing our perspectives openly – by disagreeing, discussing, and committing – we deliver greater impact.
