Sandvik CoromantTurkiyeis looking for an Account Manager Channelto join our Sales organization in Turkiye In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Managerand work closely with internal stakeholders and external channel partners to deliveran outstandingcustomer experience and drive sustainable growth.
Job Purpose
The purpose of the Account Manager role is toinitiateand conclude financial transactions with customers and drive commercial activities. You will develop, grow, andmaintainaccounts by strengthening existing relationships and developing new ones, in line with the Local Business Plan andin accordance withthe Sales & Marketing Playbook.
Provide theUltimate Customer Experience for the assigned channel portfolio.
Execute the local channel strategy in alignment with the global template as outlined in the Sales & Marketing Playbook.
Maintain andestablishchannel partner relationships in line with the cluster channel strategy; support partner development according to the agreed level (1, 2 or 3).
Define the development strategy for the channel portfolio; plan and execute activities based on partner needs and pain points.
Achieve business and financial outcomes according to targets for the assigned portfolio; review results and implement corrective actions as needed.
DevelopAccount Plans with clearSMART objectivesand activities focused on share-of-wallet growth.
CreateCustomer Value Plans together with channel partners, coordinate goals for targeted end customers, anddemonstratedelivered value through CVF.
Provideaccurateandtimelymarket, customer, channel partner, and competitorinformation,support forecasting, budgeting, and targetsetting.
Driveopportunity management in CRM (Dynamics 365): create andmaintainsales pipelines, ensureaccuratedata, and support reliable forecasts.
Engage internal stakeholders to deliver total solutions (commercial, product management, and marketing) that fit customer needs; requestapplication specialistsupport based on ROI analysis and alignment with the Regional Sales Manager.
Ensure strong pre-meeting planning and preparation for efficient customer and partner visits and negotiations.
Execute global and local pricing strategiesinall sales activities.
Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal departments; promote SandvikCoromant’ scompetitive advantages and total value chain offer.
Assess opportunities for new potential channel partners and actively explorenew-customeropportunities, with special regard to oursustainability anddigital strategy
Represent Sandvik Coromant in negotiations, trade fairs, and regional events.
Ensure all activities areexecutedin accordance withthe Quality Management System and the Sales & Marketing Playbook; prepareand process internal documents asrequired.
Execute the local channel strategy in alignment with the global template (Sales & Marketing Playbook).
Build,maintain, and develop channel partner relationships in line with the cluster channel strategy.
Develop account plans with clearSMART objectivesand actions to grow share of wallet.
Create customer value plans together with channel partners and demonstrate delivered value.
Drive opportunity management andmaintainaccuratepipelines, forecasts, and CRM (Dynamics 365) data.
Represent the company in negotiations, trade fairs, and regional events.
Engage internal stakeholders to deliver total solutions (commercial, product, and marketing) that fit customer needs.
Actively explorenew-customeropportunities withfocusonsustainability anddigital strategy.
Ensure all activitiescomply withthe Quality Management System and internal policies.
Your profile
Preferably5–7 years of experience in sales/account management; basic knowledge of cutting tools or relevant manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Proventrack recordof delivering strong business results.
Successful experience negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
Project management knowledge and experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing external and internal customer relationships.
Relevant application knowledge and an interest in understanding customer machining processes.
Education:Degree (or equivalent experience) in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, economics, or a relatedfield.
Licenses:Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography and to other sales regions.
Other: Military service must be completed for male candidates (Turkiye).
Customer value selling and consultative problem solving; service excellence and relationship building.
Business thinking, clear communication, flexibility, and strong negotiation skills.
Digital and data-driven way of working (CRM usage, pipeline discipline).
Fluent in English and Turkish
