Leading business intelligence solutions provider specializing in data warehousing and the development of cutting-edge BI tools using the Microsoft® Power Platform. In addition to our comprehensive BI solutions, we offer training and Power Platform activation consulting services, catering to the diverse needs of our clients. Our solutions can be fully or partially outsourced, allowing for maximum flexibility and customization to meet our clients' unique requirements.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Microsoft products, specifically Power BI, and other software tools. This role requires someone with a proven track record in generating leads, managing senior accounts, drafting proposals, closing deals, and building a successful sales team. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
o
Sell Microsoft products, including Power BI, and other software tools.
o
Generate new leads through various channels and follow up on potential opportunities.
o
Identify and engage with senior-level decision-makers in target accounts.
o
Draft and present compelling proposals to clients, tailored to their specific needs and challenges.
o
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Account Management:
o
Manage and grow a portfolio of senior accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
o
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on BI solutions and services.
o
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
o
Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Team Leadership:
o
Play a key role in building and leading a successful sales team.
o
Mentor and guide junior sales staff, sharing best practices and sales strategies.
o
Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in selling Microsoft products, including Power BI, and other software tools.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage senior accounts.
Experience in drafting proposals and closing deals with a strong success rate.
Previous experience in building and leading a successful sales team.
Strong understanding of business intelligence solutions, data warehousing, and the Microsoft® Power Platform.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
