👩💻 About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Buildscout customers. Sitting adjacent to Customer Success, this role is focused on driving revenue outcomes across existing accounts - including renewals, upgrades, and expansion opportunities.
You will act as the commercial lead for your accounts, ensuring customers clearly understand the value of Buildscout and translating strong product usage into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
This role works closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align customer outcomes with commercial success.
