Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and grow strategic B2B accounts with full accountability for revenue growth, customer happiness, and collection management.
2. Acquire product and business knowledge, and continuously monitor market trends and driven activities.
3. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across Pharmaceutical Systems, Bioprocessing, and other strategic growth areas to support long-term account expansion.
4. Provide technical, commercial, and regulatory information to customers in collaboration with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, and Global Accounts.
5. Lead opportunity management, forecasting, contract negotiations, and project execution to achieve annual sales objectives and strategic account goals.
6. Achieve goals and successfully conduct established business plans and initiatives.
Job Requirements
1. Validated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industries.
2. Proven understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, including CDMO business models, biologics manufacturing, and pharmaceutical production processes.
3. Established business relationships and direct account management experience within major CDMO companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, or biopharmaceutical organizations are highly preferred.
4. Collaboration and collaborator leadership skills across cross-functional and teams.
5. Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
