What You’ll Be Doing:

A rare opportunity has become available to join our business, representing the Avista brand In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will take full ownership of your territory, driving sales across five core categories: Epoxy, Resurfacing, Sealers, Repair, and Wet Concrete You will be responsible for winning new business, growing existing accounts, and increasing market share across both Dulux Avista and Dulux Trade product ranges.

Based in Perth, this position covers a defined territory across Western Australia region. You will spend the majority of your time on the road, visiting customer sites, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the Avista brand.

This role is ideal for a resilient and experienced sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You bring high energy, remain motivated through challenges, and approach opportunities with a proactive, can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Promote and deliver end-to-end systems rather than individual products, focusing on premium product mix and value-based outcomes.
  • Build strong loyalty with applicators, convert competitor users, and position Dulux as the preferred partner.
  • Proactively identify projects early in the cycle, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into successful sales outcomes.
  • Defend and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing and securing new business to expand market share.
  • Collaborate closely with Dulux Trade Centres
  • (DTC) and Inspirations teams to maximise cross-channel opportunities and drive integrated customer solutions.
