We’re looking for a commercially minded sales professional who is ready to step up, take ownership and make their mark across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll be joining a small but mighty APAC team based in Melbourne, that genuinely loves what they do. They are big on celebrating wins, and in an exciting growth phase - with huge plans on the horizon.

What will you be doing?

You’ll work alongside our APAC team to:

• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and customers across ANZ, supporting customer business plans and commercial reviews.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, distribution, ranging and market share, analysing sales data and turning insights into action.
• Work with customers on promotions, product launches and new opportunities.
• Keep close to what's happening in the market — competitors, consumers, pricing and trends, Sharing ideas and updates.

Who are we looking for?

You might be an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Territory Manager, Business Development Executive or similar, and be ready for your next step.

You’ll bring:

• At least three years’ experience in a business development or account management sales role. If you have spent time in marketing as well, even better – sales and marketing is a great mix for this role.
• The passion, energy and drive for sales (and winning!)
• Commercially savvy — you want to understand why sales are growing, where the opportunities are and what we can do next
• A proactive, can-do approach — you see something that needs doing and get stuck in
• You’re a planner, love the detail, thrive in connecting and building relationships and can juggle – we are fast paced around here.
• FMCG, retail, consumer goods or pet industry experience would be great, but we’re open to high-potential candidates from other sales backgrounds.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline is not a must have, provided you have sales experience with a solid track record of growth.
