You grow enterprise accounts yourself and you can talk security with the people who run it. Own expansion from day one.

An early-stage AI security startup in San Francisco gives enterprise security and risk teams a full view of what their AI agents rely on. Clients include major US companies in insurance, finance, healthcare and law, and the typical customer grows its spend more than twofold in its first year. Nobody owns that growth full time yet. That's your job, and it's explicitly not an account-babysitting role.

What you'll own

• Upsell and expansion across a portfolio of large enterprise customers
• Demos and trials, run by you
• Diagnosing product and security problems with the customer
• Bringing what the product can't solve yet back to the team, so it shapes the roadmap

Must-haves

• 2+ years of driving upsell and expansion in enterprise accounts yourself (renewals or satisfaction scores alone, or growth someone else closed, don't count)
• Semi-technical: you can credibly diagnose product and security issues
• Working from the San Francisco office, 9-9-6
• Authorised to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Bonus points

• Experience at a security, devtools or infra company
• Former founder or early-stage operator
• A roadmap change that came from customer feedback you brought in
