We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager Agronomist to join our team in Cloncurry, QLD.

Located in the heart of North West Queensland, Cloncurry is renowned for its rich pastoral heritage, large-scale beef cattle operations and thriving agricultural community. About the Opportunity

As an Account Manager Agronomist, you will work closely with livestock and mixed farming customers, providing expert agronomic advice and tailored solutions that help drive productivity and profitability.

You will become a trusted advisor to your customers, combining your technical expertise with a strong commercial focus to deliver outstanding service and long-term value.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide highquality agronomic and technical advice to growers across the region
  • Conduct on-farm visits and provide technical recommendations tailored to customer needs
  • Drive product sales both instore and onfarm
  • Build and maintain longterm, trusted relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through superior agronomic insight and service
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s operation, goals and seasonal requirements
  • Share relevant technical, seasonal and market insights to improve farm productivity and sustainability
  • Stay current with latest plant production practices and agronomic innovations
  • Coordinate and participate in field days, trials and farmer meetings, positioning yourself as a local subjectmatter expert

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a trusted advisor in an agronomyfocused role
  • Strong understanding of agronomic products, seasonal timing and grower requirements
  • Demonstrated capability in sales planning, call cycle management and customer growth
  • Excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a highperforming team
  • Experience in agronomic advisory roles relating to agricultural chemicals and fertiliser
  • A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or related discipline)
  • A current driver’s licence
