The Sales Representative builds strong relationships with customers and authorized dealers, provides product support and training, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. The role is responsible for achieving regional sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and collection targets while managing promotional activities, tenders, forecasts, and customer engagement initiatives.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Establishes and assures excellent business relations with the customers and authorized dealers in the region.
Visits customers in frequent basis to maintain good relation live, assist healthcare professionals in the OR for appropriate product use.
Gains confidence and respect of the customer in the name of Baxter Healthcare.
Coordinates and initiates company resources to produce ideal solutions to meet customer needs.
Acts and controls all kind of promotional activities in the region in coordination with Business Unit Manager.
Realizes the targets for his/her region on: Customer Satisfaction, Sales, DSO, profitability.
Participates in tenders in his/her region.
Prepares and submits regular sales activity, sales and forecast reports to Business Unit Manager.
Makes customer activities and training arrangements in coordination with other sales representatives in the region.
Conducts the authorized dealer in the region for the sales and marketing activities and for Customer visits.
Preferred location: Antalya with regular travel required across the assigned territory, including Isparta, Burdur, Afyon, Konya, and Kayseri.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field or Clinical Support certificate required.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in related field.
Communicative level of English is preferred.
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
Strong sales, negotiation, and business acumen, with the ability to develop in-depth product and market knowledge and maintain a professional customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage healthcare professionals, customers, and business partners.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve targets.

Candidates should have a driving license with two years of driving experience.
Certified by MOH separately for “Clinical Support” and “Sales & Promotion”.
