What You Will Own
As an Account Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients. You will build relationships, understand each customer's business needs, resolve issues, and help ensure clients are receiving maximum value from Corpay's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
Serve as a trusted resource for day-to-day account support, questions, and problem resolution.
Respond to client needs through phone, email, Salesforce cases, and other communication channels.
Learn about your clients' business and develop service strategies aligned with their individual needs.
Conduct regularly scheduled client calls and business reviews.
Deliver presentations, education, and product training to customers.
Troubleshoot client issues and determine whether challenges are related to systems, training, configuration, or another business need.
Partner across internal Corpay teams to drive solutions and deliver a strong customer experience.
Proactively identify potential client concerns and develop solutions before they impact the relationship.
Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen retention, service, and potential account growth.
Take ownership, follow through, and make sure your clients feel supported.

What You Bring
3+ years of progressive customer service, call center, client-facing, or related experience.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to manage client issues and escalations.
Experience supporting a large customer or client base.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple customer needs while maintaining diligence.
Comfort learning new systems and technology.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred, But Not Required
Account Management or Relationship Management experience.
Salesforce or other CRM experience.
Microsoft Excel experience.
Experience working in payments, fintech, financial services, or another client-focused environment.

Pay Transparency
The expected base salary for this position is $55,000 DOE (Depending on Experience). This represents Corpay's good faith estimate at the time of posting.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable market conditions.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and other applicable employee benefits.
