Our teams are passionate about creating premium content and innovative advertising solutions that help our clients connect with engaged audiences in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Research, and external partners to support RFP development, pre-sale strategy, and customized advertising programs.
  • Build compelling media plans that achieve client KPIs, maximize revenue opportunities, maintain profitability, and align with business guidelines.
  • Manage campaign execution from sale through launch by ensuring alignment across media plans, insertion orders, order management systems, and client requirements.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs, coordinate timelines, manage creative assets, and communicate campaign objectives to cross-functional post-sale teams.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, partnering with internal teams to implement optimizations, process revisions, and ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze campaign results, contribute to wrap reports, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts by maintaining deep expertise in Hearst's advertising products, processes, and client solutions while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and client experiences.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning, advertising strategy, account management, or a related client-facing advertising role.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, campaign planning, and the advertising sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across clients, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Research, Campaign Management, and other business partners.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and systems such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with an expectation of working in the office four days per week.

Benefits (What We Offer)
