Job Summary

Account Manager for HC Provider

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management and Business Development:
• Having sold and enabled solutions around Infrastructure, Application Development and Support, Cloud, Digital and Analytics and Engineering & R&D services will be key.
• Create strong proactive new opportunity pipeline and conversion to drive top line growth for these customer partnerships.
• Drive proactive PoCs and PoTs aligned to customer focus and initiatives finally converting into new opportunity pipeline creation.
• Delivery Assurance:
• Drive thought leadership to help address customer business challenges by liaising effectively with various internal solution and practice teams, to bring timely solutions to the customer.
• Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.
• Work closely with and manage/guide internal stakeholders in delivery, recruitment and other supporting functions to align on goals and deliver for the customer.
• Account Planning and Governance:
• Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, drive pricing discussions, etc.
• Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas – sell cross-business unit solutions to the client.
• Expand HCLs footprint and come up with creative solutions that help solve business problems.
• Drive monthly and quarterly topline and bottom-line performance against the finalized targets.
