Role Overview:

The Account Manager Mexico serves as JATO's primary commercial representative for the Automotive Vertical and is responsible for developing executive-level relationships, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and expanding the adoption of JATO's intelligence, data, analytics, and software solutions. The role leverages a deep understanding of automotive market dynamics, customer decision-making processes, and value-based selling techniques to help customers make better business decisions while delivering sustainable growth, retention, and market expansion for JATO. The successful candidate will combine automotive industry expertise, commercial acumen, and consultative sales capability to position JATO as a strategic partner to customers throughout Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business, retention, and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, and win new customers within the Automotive sector in Mexico.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and position JATO solutions around business value.
• Deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Maintain market, competitor, and product expertise.
• Ensure customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data accurately.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights to support innovation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, International Business, Economics, Marketing, Automotive Management, or other relevant disciplines.
• 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience, with a strong track record of achievement in the automotive industry, automotive technology, market intelligence, software, data, or SaaS-related businesses.
• 7 to 10 years of successful consultative sales and account management experience, with demonstrated success in both new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Prior experience working within an Automotive OEM is highly preferred, particularly in functions such as Product Planning, Product Strategy, Pricing, Sales Planning, Marketing Strategy, Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, or Business Development.
• Experience working for automotive SaaS, data, analytics, software, mobility, digital retailing, connected vehicle, or market intelligence providers is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior C-Level stakeholders and executive decision-makers and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, revenue objectives, and customer retention targets.
• Strong understanding of the automotive ecosystem, including OEMs, distributors, importers, suppliers, mobility providers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
• Proven experience identifying customer business challenges and translating them into measurable business outcomes and value-based solutions.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases, quantify value, and articulate return on investment.
• Advanced Business English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• High degree of proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
