  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings and key milestone reviews as needed.
  • Ensure scope clarity and assist with change management discussions.
  • Advocate for the customer while balancing project execution realities.
  • Maintain a working understanding of automation platforms, control systems, OT networks, and integration services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies relevant to client markets.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and compliant.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues or concerns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through client feedback and lessons learned.
  • Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

  • Experience managing complex, project-based client relationships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
