As an Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth across assigned regions and customer segments for the Cryomech product line by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions and closing sales. You will serve as the primary customer contact for proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. This role also plays an important part in maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting information in the CRM while identifying new market opportunities, industry trends and potential areas for growth.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and present complex technical solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Service and Production to provide customers with an excellent experience throughout the sales process.

Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000/annually (DOE)

This job operates in and out of a professional office environment. This position will have work that may be in an office or manufacturing setting. This position interacts with both internal and external customers in a professional, courteous manner, while keeping information confidential as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and copiers. While in the manufacturing environment, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; heat; cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud. Mandatory PPE’s must be worn as required.
