As an Account Manager, you will be the one who makes our customer relationships flourish 🌻

You will take care of our important customers and help them to continuously discover what Xenit can offer; from specific assignments to long-term partnerships. This is a role for those who excel in building trust, who see opportunities where others cannot and who want to have clear ownership of a customer portfolio.

You will work closely with both our technical experts and our other sales colleagues and you have our CCO as a sounding board in the larger deals. With us, customer satisfaction is not a platitude, we measure it for real and have industry-leading results. Your task will be to keep that bar high at the same time as growing our portfolio.

Examples of potential tasks:

• Driving and developing your own customer plans always with a focus on next steps
• Managing a portfolio of customers with great potential for growth
• Proactively reaching out to customers who currently only use a small part of our offering and seeing where we could expand our partnership
• Holding responsibility for quotes and commercial negotiations
• Conducting regular customer reviews together with our delivery teams
• Keeping track of pipeline and activities in CRM

C O U L D Y O U B E A M A T C H ?

We believe our next Account Manager has:

• A few years of solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT
• Excellent interpersonal skills - able to build relationships and trust, thriving working with many contacts in parallel
• A genuine interest in IT
• Administration skills, particularly within a CRM system

It is a bonus if you have:

• A history of working in IT organisations (understanding sales/account management within the cloud, modern work or data sectors)
• A background working in consulting organisations

We also believe that you are a person who:

• Acts on their own initiative, makes things happen and takes responsibility for their work
• Has a "fire in their belly" or a passion for what they do every day
• Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences in order to support colleagues in reaching common goals
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Above all else, displays kindness and compassion in everything they do 💕
