Join Boral Asphalt as our next Account Manager, responsible for driving sales growth across Queensland for our Specialty Products portfolio and Emulsion products.

This role is focused on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and growing market share across a well-established customer base. While Emulsion products have a mature and established market presence, our Specialty Products portfolio presents an exciting growth opportunity as market focus continues to expand across Queensland.

Based in South East Queensland, you'll primarily service customers across the region, with occasional travel further afield for customer visits, industry events and trade shows.

Your day will involve

  • Driving sales growth across Queensland for Boral Asphalt's Emulsion and Specialty Products portfolios
  • Managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across established and emerging markets
  • Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conducting product demonstrations and supporting customers with practical product solutions
  • Developing and executing territory plans to maximise opportunities across Queensland
  • Representing Boral at industry events, conferences and trade shows
  • Maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering exceptional service outcomes
  • Promoting and supporting Boral's commitment to Zero Harm and safety leadership

What are we looking for?

  • Sales experience within construction materials, civil infrastructure, utilities, local government, quarrying, maintenance services or a related industry
  • Existing relationships or networks within local government, civil contracting or infrastructure markets
  • A proactive and energetic approach to business development and customer engagement
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to demonstrate products to customers when required
  • A strong commitment to safety and contributing to a Zero Harm culture
