As our Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping Danfoss Climate Solutions meet its revenue growth targets by keeping the business competitive and innovative while developing and strengthening customer relationships and maximizing sales.

Your impact? By bringing your sales expertise, you’ll improve coverage by establishing and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, adding real value to their business and driving sustainable, profitable growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with technical experts and partners globally, taking ownership of key accounts and sales channels to help move the HVAC-R business toward a more competitive and innovative future

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop the Danfoss Cooling business in the HVAC-R industry, working mainly with wholesalers, OEMs, and contractors.
• Execute business growth strategies to grow our share of wallet and introduce trading disciplines.
• Monitor the market, competitors, and partners’ customers to ensure we offer the most compelling proposition.
• Manage and monitor indirect sales and partner channels by each partner channel and product segment, and deliver high-quality Danfoss technology solutions, including technical and product training to improve partners’ skills and knowledge.
• Increase the project pipeline, hunt for new opportunities, and reach target win amounts by collaborating with partners and meeting customers’ customers.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Refrigeration) or Business.
• Prior sales experience working with distribution systems, OEMs, or contractors within the air conditioning or industrial refrigeration market segments; or more than 3 years of technical or sales-related experience in air conditioning or refrigeration with an understanding of the refrigeration cycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of the English language is essential.
• Strong sense of collaboration and willingness to learn from others.
