YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for managing and growing your customer accounts within our Tech division, ensuring both operational excellence and commercial success.

• Drive SLA and KPI performance (e.g. on-time delivery, service levels)

• Manage customer relationships and act as the main point of contact

• Lead MBRs/QBRs and translate insights into improvement plans

• Identify growth opportunities such as upselling and service innovation

• Manage contracts, pricing, and indexations

You’ll work closely with operations, business support, and customer service in an international team and report to the Key Account Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar)

• 1+ year experience in contract logistics

• Strong English skills (Dutch/German is a plus)

• Experience with P&L and strong analytical skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, structured, and results-driven team player
