Cartera is seeking an Account Management professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting and leading external client partnerships. You will have the opportunity to manage accounts that are some of the largest loyalty and consumer brands in the United States and Canada. As an Account Manager, you will manage an assigned portfolio of key client accounts and be responsible for driving both Client and Cartera revenue while delivering the best possible partnership experience through daily emails, weekly status meetings and quarterly strategy presentations. This is a hands-on role which requires attention to detail and strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are executed on-time and to expectation.
Specifically, you will responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of your clients’ online loyalty shopping programs: ensuring that internal teams deliver on marketing campaigns and product enhancements; guiding your clients to leverage marketing best practices for promoting online shopping offers; and accurately monitoring, tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of our strategies to ensure that the clients’ goals and Cartera’s business objectives are met. You will be interacting with many internal teams on a daily basis (Project Management, Marketing, Product, Merchant Sales and Analytics) and be the liaison between those internal teams and your clients. It’s a dynamic, interactive and collaborative role working with some of the biggest airlines, financial institutions and loyalty programs.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
