As a continually growing company, we are looking to add a Regional Operations Manager to assist in our Great Lakes - Twin Cities, MN region. In this role, you will be leading a strong team, promoting high-quality patient care while building lasting partnerships with our customers in the region. Anticipated Schedule/Territory

• Full time availability required to support regional operations
• Travel will be required
• Territory will cover Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service through management of administrative operations
• Supervises and coaches Technologists, Medical Imaging Assistants and Drivers with respect to all required job duties.
• Collaborates on administrative operations of all assigned scanners with Regional VP, ROMs, and VP of Field Operations.
• Assists ROMs and Regional VP with route schedules and customer schedule change communications as requested.
• Delivers on region/company strategy, goals and objectives and continually seeks efficiency and process improvement to maximize quality of service and customer satisfaction in close collaboration with the ROMs.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with key customer contacts, radiologist(s), stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers for the purpose of protecting and growing the business.
• May be called upon as on-call, back-up, or overflow resource for Regional VP or ROMs duties as needed.
• May perform additional duties such as Technologist, Medical Assistant and/or Driver, as required.
• May assist Regional VP with contract management, including new, renewals, amendments, addendums, BAA’s or other documents.
• Responsible for fulfillment of contractual marketing commitments across all modalities and other support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified through the ARRT or NMTCB is preferred.
• Must possess an active permit to practice where applicable.
• Must possess valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Previous management experience preferred.
