You will act as the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the full sales lifecycle—from initial enquiry to closed deal. With no cold calling required, you'll work with warm, qualified leads and take a consultative approach to delivering the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  Qualify and nurture warm leads to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable renewable energy solutions, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• 
  Deliver engaging product presentations and provide expert advice over the phone.
• 
  Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• 
  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 
  Essential:
  Proven experience working within the
  solar or renewable energy industry
  in an
  Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  role.
• 
  A strong understanding of Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, or other renewable energy solutions.
• 
  A proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• 
  A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• 
  Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• 
  Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
