The purpose of this role is to proactively develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies in prizing, capital and expense categories, in addition to serving as the lead for category sourcing initiatives and ongoing contract and supplier relationship management. Responsibilities include providing guidance to, and leading the negotiations on, master agreements and highly complex supply and service agreements and the development of a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programme for strategic suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
• Creates and executes rewards catalogue purchasing plans for current and incoming loyalty programmes
• Revises rewards catalogue purchasing plan as appropriate to meet changing brand needs and requirements
• Assesses rewards catalogue performance on an ongoing basis to ensure costs are aligned with budget
• Creates and maintains rewards cost forecast that is updated and reviewed on a monthly basis
• Collaborates with internal teams to solicit bids and analyses supplier quotes and services where appropriate
