Who are we looking for?

Account Manager sales roles responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion through disciplined execution of the Micromax commercialization model. Roles are differentiated by scope, complexity, and seniority across account-based and territory-based models.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets for assigned accounts or territory.
  • Drive customer retention, share gain, and organic growth.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities aligned with role focus.
  • Build effective customer relationships and application understanding.
  • Serve as voice of the customer (VOC) to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and sustain customer satisfaction.

Who are You?

Master’s degree required. Progressive experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing B2B roles. Technical aptitude in electronic materials, specialty chemicals, or adjacent industries preferred. Qualification requirements increase with scope and role seniority.

What competencies will you need?

Customer focus, execution discipline, analytical thinking, accountability, and resilience.

Master’s degree required.

Solution-led selling, negotiation, prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and opportunity management.

>3 Years experience in printed electronics, discrete devices, advanced electronics assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, printed circuit boards, specialty chemicals.
