We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with assigned clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and long-term account development.

This position is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are ready to build a solid foundation in client management within a structured, international working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and understand their business needs
  • Coordinate internally with operations, customer service, and related teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor account performance, timelines, and service quality
  • Support account growth through proactive communication and opportunity identification
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and follow-ups as required

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Services, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
