Key Responsibilities

  • Drives customer discussions to reach targets
  • Coordinate internally with sales, technical, delivery, and operations teams
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and account updates
  • Learn customer business, industry trends, and technology solutions
  • Help ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and customer requests

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related fields
  • 2–8 years of experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a must (spoken and written)
  • Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and growth mindset
  • Interest in the technology industry; interest in telecommunications is a strong plus
  • Basic communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

  • Internship or project experience related to account management, sales, consulting, or technology
  • Interest in B2B environments and working with enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM (SalesForce) exposure is a plus
