Permanent, Full Time

£45,000-£50,000

Based across Royal United Hospital in Bath, Salisbury District Hospital & The Great Western Hospital in Swindon

Do you enjoy building strategic partnerships? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our NHS contracts across Bath, Salisbury and Swindon.

Working in partnership with our clients, we help reduce agency spend, strengthen governance, and enhance flexible workforce models.

💡About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Build relationships with NHS clients, gaining an understanding of requirements and aligning strategies to meet their needs.

• Assess contract performance to ensure we're delivering against objectives, identifying areas for enhancement and recommending solutions to improve effectiveness.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contracts.

• Manage, support and guide a team of business partners.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Contract or account management experience.

• Team management experience.

• Proven experience building working relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Healthcare experience (bonus, but not essential!)
