We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from brief to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, project coordination, and business development, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts across different industries and sectors.
* Act as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Lead client briefing sessions and translate business objectives into clear and actionable internal briefs.
* Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
* Support business development initiatives, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and pitch preparation.
* Coordinate closely with creative, operations, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Develop and manage project timelines, action plans, and deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met.
* Oversee quotations, approvals, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Attend events, activations, and project executions when required to ensure successful delivery.
* Present creative concepts, proposals, and project updates to clients with confidence and professionalism.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable client insights.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a related role.
* Previous experience within a BTL, experiential, events, marketing, or creative agency environment is required.
* Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and high-profile client accounts.
* Strong understanding of project management processes from briefing through execution.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience handling budgets, quotations, and client negotiations.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with multinational clients and regional accounts.
* Exposure to business development, pitching, and proposal preparation.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
